1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using HinglishPoint Ringtones (https://hinglishpoint.com) — including downloading ringtones, creating an account, uploading content, or submitting reports — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use HinglishPoint.
• If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the site only with parental or guardian consent.
• By creating an account, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

3. Account Terms

3.1 Signup & Login Key

HinglishPoint does not use traditional passwords. Instead:

• You verify your email via a one-time OTP code.
• We generate a unique 64-character Login Key for your account.
• You must keep your Login Key confidential and secure.
• You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Not share your Login Key with anyone.
• Notify us immediately at support@hinglishpoint.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, limits, or moderation.

3.3 Account Termination & Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.

You may delete your own account at any time from your Profile page — no need to contact support. This is a permanent, irreversible action.

3.4 Consequences of Account Deletion

When you delete your account through our self-service feature, the following will be permanently and immediately removed:

• 👤 Your account, profile, and login credentials (Login Key permanently invalidated).
• 🎵 All ringtones you've uploaded (from database + Cloudflare R2 storage).
• 📥 Download history associated with your uploads.
• ❤️ All likes you've given to other content.
• 🚩 All reports filed against your uploads.
• 🔑 All pending OTP tokens for your email.

Confirmation: By typing DELETE in the confirmation dialog and clicking the final delete button, you acknowledge that you understand the consequences and confirm your intent to permanently delete your account.

Legal disclaimer: Account deletion does not waive any obligations that survive termination, including the indemnification clause in Section 11, nor does it release you from liability for any prior violation of these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

4.1 Your Responsibility

HinglishPoint is a user-generated content (UGC) platform. You are solely responsible for any content you upload, submit, or share — including ringtones, titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata.

4.2 Content You May NOT Upload

By uploading content, you confirm that it does not contain:

• ❌ Copyrighted material you don't own or have permission to share.
• ❌ Hate speech, threats, harassment, or discriminatory content.
• ❌ Sexually explicit, violent, or illegal content.
• ❌ Malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• ❌ Spam, misleading titles, or misleading descriptions.
• ❌ Personal information of others without consent.

4.3 Content License

When you upload content, you grant HinglishPoint a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform. This license exists solely to operate the site and ends when you delete your content or account.

You retain all ownership rights to your content. We do not claim ownership of your uploads.

4.4 Moderation

We review all uploads before publishing. We may approve, reject, edit, or remove any content at our sole discretion — with or without notice — especially if it violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Site's IP

The HinglishPoint name, logo, design, codebase, and original content (excluding user uploads) are the property of HinglishPoint and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.

5.2 User Uploads

Uploaded ringtones remain the property of their respective copyright owners. HinglishPoint hosts them solely for preview and personal use by our visitors.

5.3 Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our site without permission, please follow the procedure on our DMCA page.

6. Permitted Use

All downloads from HinglishPoint are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may:

• ✅ Download ringtones for your own phone or device.
• ✅ Share links to our site on social media or with friends.
• ✅ Embed our content on personal blogs with attribution (non-commercial).

You may not:

• ❌ Sell, resell, or redistribute our content commercially.
• ❌ Re-upload our files to other websites or apps.

7. Prohibited Conduct

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

If you access HinglishPoint from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll:
